strayshot 105
What an odd post. You must have posted a pic on here of every single rabbit your dog has ever caught and now you're talking about packing up because you've seen a few hares. What's that all about? 6 Quote Link to post
Gaz_1989 9,539
im miles away from anywhere, nobody about but me n dog So what's the problem then? 1 Quote Link to post
mhopton 807
I thought 1 dog was classed as a mistake ,2 dogs then it's coursing ? At the end of the day mate your dog seems to be soft mouthed From the excellent photos you put up on here, the rabbits seem to be alive when it returns to you so if it gets a hare just release it Don't pack up the cracking work you do ATB mark Quote Link to post
Bosun11 537
Out on my permission land again today, strictly a bunny man, but my last 3 outings have seen my bich up a hares arse, in all the years ive been working this particular spot, ive never seen as many, im miles away from anywhere, nobody about but me n dog, but my heart is in my mouth when she puts one up, ive took some pics of todays outing, i enjoy my time in the fields, but dont want any bother, but accidents happen Packing it all up because your dog accidentally puts up a hare..... Quote Link to post

socks 32,253
I had an incident a little while back that ended up with my old bitch nailing a roe right in front of the guns the beaters and the keeper ... Of course being a wanker of a keeper he phoned the police ... Cut a long story sideways I got home changed made myself look respectable whent down the local cop shop and explained what happened ... The coppers response to me was shit happens and that he was going to speak to the game keeper about wasting police time ....... 8 Quote Link to post

Shame they aren't all so understanding. The harsh reality is just that... "Shit happens". Quote Link to post
