let'sshoot 11
Think mine is 1:12 twist You prefer sp to ballistic tips? Edited September 2, 2014 by let'sshoot Quote Link to post
celticrusader 78
It would be in your interest to find out let'sshoot what twist rate as I've heard they can be all sorts in your cz527 and it will help depict if using lighter, heavier or somewhere in the middle would show best results. GEOFF.223 83
Sako arrow heads are the best factory ammo through my. 223 I reload now and have tried and wasted Alot of money finding a really accurate round and I've came to find the Sierra varminter in 50g which is a no thrills bullet is giving me 1.4" groups at 300 meters. I've tried Hornady Sierra Norma berger lapua Barnes So in other words you have to experiment I've spent over £200 on bullet tips in the last 3 months and only shot around 20 out of 100 to find my best round Quote Link to post
geordieh 74
I have the varmint 527 in 223 mine does under an inch at 100m with privi 55g at about £11 a box not sure if it is 1-9 or 1-12 and not really bothered.I have all the reloading kit but can't really reload much cheaper than Privi my 243 and 308 like privi too so will stick with it till it gets too expensive Geordie Quote Link to post
