yes wilf they are, river fishing you will need a license ,even if your not fishing for salmon the bailiffs will assume you are, rod license needed with a permit to fish certain rivers, rock or beach fishing saltwater your ok without unless your fishing for sea trout, general license ok for pidgeon but there are times when you can and cant shoot them, hope this helps wilf.

pigeons have a season like game unless your shooting them for crop damage

the quarry list hmm let me see......... :hmm: ............oh yeah.......heres the rules,if it has a pulse and its a nuisance or tasty, then fuk it ,into the boot of the car it goes :toast: just saw this and to be honest I dont do a whole lot of shooting other than the goats, and have in the past done a ton of rabbit shooting, the farmer are really relaxed most of the time, once the dogs arent half ferral and spooking the stock you probably have a great chance of geting your dinner from the farmer lol.the lurchers are sound to work too EXCEPT for the pricks involved in the coursing clubs, and thats probably because of the pricks with the lurchers that just stomp about and have no respect for the hare coursing clubs,(lamping at night on hare coursing ground)the terrier work is not much of a bother either if you keep yourself quiet and just deal with the farmers that have a need to get rid of certain pests.I dont do fishing any more as its just tightened up too much, licences and dealing with fishery folk, theres everything here you want if you go about it the right way, theres also plenty of other things to catch if your a naughty cnut, but I wouldnt know much about this as Im a righteous kinda guy, theres a lot of lads on here that will give you better info than I but I hope that helps a bit.

Looks like there is a fair population of fallow over there, are they common to see or rare?

Also, was looking at the firearm licensing.......do you need a seperate ticket for each gun?
