Monday Is D-Day

Hey northern lad I got the same nets from bridport nets but made the basket out of an old round up drum. I also put a few more post in the nets, but I have cut them down as I find them easier to get through the hedges. All I did today was run the long nets along side the hedge and put the stop nets through and to be honest I only killed 2 in the long net all day and the rest in the short nets

Yes mate always stick a short stop net either end of the hedge 9/10 they will catch the most bunnies

This will be my first time using anything other than purse nets :icon_redface: the vast majority of our permissions is hedgerows,we might get 40 odd nets down at most, then it might be half a mile walk to the next lot :icon_eek: the biggest issue we have on some of our permission is either no dogs allowed or the grounds unsuitable (We use my pals racing whippet so not the studiest of feet) so we can put 40 nets down and theres nowt home....the idea is to cover the easier holes ,run the nets and save time....That's the plan/theory
