Whenever I see something like that I'm always wondering at the way some peoples brains are wired, never in a million years could I come up with something like that. I'm guessing that rear fin is a hydrofoil creating the upward lift and the pivoting front fork allows the rear foil to snake through the water creating forward motion. Looked surprisingly quick too.
