krawnden 1,036
http://www.severnpoultry.info/ deliver to the southwest but I've no idea what their minimum order is. I get some from them every now and then but I live locally so just collect in person. Also, they don't do minced carcass but sell it whole. They charge £7 per case, which weighs about 10kg from memory. I haven't had any from them for a while but have just ordered a case for Monday so I'll weigh it then and let you know. OK, picked them up this afternoon - £7 for 45 carcasses, total weight 11.54kg. I've no idea if that's a good price or not as it's the only place I've ever bought them from. Anybody else buy carcass and if so how does that compare with what you pay?

bobcullen79 1,495
Ask your butcher, sadly mine already has someone taking their scraps, but he ordered me a box of carcass in. £15 for a box weighing 25/30 kg. All the wings were in the box too.
