You are going to be lucky to get a 27inch bitch just off bull/grey mating. Unless it's a 3/4 bred. Perhaps you may get one with a touch of deerhound blood in the mix.

Three quarter grey or bit of deerhound don't matter I got a 27 tts out of 5/8 back to half cross so some thing similar will do
