Saluki Bull Grey Or Collie Bull Grey

What are your thoughts on these 2 crosses and what one would you prefer for an all rounder for yourself. Iv got a saluki bull grey to run this season and I'm hoping she fills the all rounder spot for me. Who all runs the collie cross and can you tell me how they cope. Thanks

Collie bull greys are more than capable to be an all round lurcher.. mine didnt take to fox but will ferret , lamp and hunt up daytime

id like to own a c/b/g x s/g or c/b/g x s/c/g sometimein the future

Best lurcher iv ever seen was a collie bull grey and he was a all rounder but I carn see why a saluki bull grey couldnt be either

I suppose either cross could be great,or not,I'd more be concerned that the parents do the job then hope the mating clicks

Nice dog chid. Yeah both are more than capable of being allrounders. A lot has to do with the parents and their working ability. Just looking to hear from people who run then or even better have owned both xs

saluki/grey x bull/grey are a better allrounder

seen a couple of good ones in fact out of the s/b/g ive seen I dont think ive not seen a versatile mutt .. think it all comes down to preference , I like a bit of collie in my lurchers
