charlie caller 3,654
I have met a few fit old boys who would give blokes half their age a good run for their money, there is one lives round the corner from me, 67 years old, runs 8-12 miles 3 times a week, rock climbs, and rides a modern sportsbike like a nutter, pretty amazing guy to be honest. shovel leaner 7,650
They are a different breed to the kids of today . I worry for this generation of kids brought up on junk food , fizzy pop and video games . Poor diet and a lack of exercise and no real interests . They are all as soft as shite .
terryd 8,400
Health permitting I think you just got to keep going and keep active. As soon as you start slowing down its going to get harder to get going again and your on a slippery slope. Thats the plan any way
