Keeper eley 367
Got my self a new led torch that goes on my scope on my 243 the the beam seems to reflect of the mod and come back into the scope! With the mid off its fine! Anyone know what I can do without buying an extension to give it more height? Cheers Quote Link to post
Bunny Boiler 177
Mount it as far back on the scope as possible too. I used to have the same problem. Try also mounting 90° to one side. Quote Link to post
charlie caller 3,654
I had this problem mate, put a neoprene sleeve on my mod, and for me that sorted it, however I have seen another lad put an extension on the torch like a sunshade on a scope, it was a black plastic tube he had got from somewhere, and it sorted it perfectly, you could spray some cardboard tube black and use that, but obviously it will need changing if it gets wet. 1 Quote Link to post

Cedric 132
I just pushed a cardboard tube about 6" long onto my TriStar, bit wider than a bog roll tube. Worked fine and doesn't seem to affect the beam. Quote Link to post
Keeper eley 367
It worked mounting the lamp right back on the scope ! Cheers everyone 1 Quote Link to post

That would have been my suggestion too. Quote Link to post
