Got to be honest I used to av my dogs on chains never again all In single kennells now I was lucky not to have any accidents unfortunatley my maite wasnt so lucky and he lost a good terrier just a shame it took something like that for us to change our waysoh well you live and learn! Kennells all the way

Mine has a kennel and free run of the back garden, although I'm in the process of building a run just so she's locked up safe and secure when we go out of the house

when i get my little terrier (want another lurcher first!) it will have a little kennel and run space outside next to the lurchers i think!

10 outside, one teckel, 4 patterdale and 5 jack russell.

 

In my area it's cold. Sometimes - 10 or -15 °C, no problem if they have a place dry without wind.

Kennels are a nice set up but would not be keen on having 3-4 terriers in together like your russells.

But i never did anything at home, i haven't time because hunt...

All my dogs are outside in single kennels all 14 of them. I had a litter off border terrier pups born last year in January and it was -17 when they were born and they were fine plenty hay and no drafts you would be fine lieing there yourself.

i chain lurcher when im not about as kenneling has resulted in damaged teeth and warped bars on run... hes 30ft of tether in a field and a stable to shelter in. working terriers should be kenneled unless its just the one ye have.
