coneykenny 98
Rings attached to bottom lines so they can easily slide up and down poles, keep bottom lines a bit slack Quote Link to post
NELS0N 457
ive tried a few drop nets over the years, some were ok some not so. i prefer a traditional net on end pins or a quickset in a basket, although an idea for a static net did pop into my head the other evening, i'll be having a play in the coming months and see if its any use. 1 Quote Link to post
coneykenny 98
I tie in the bottom line to the top line using shoelace knot.tie in near pole, then middle and pole again, continued the length of the net using the same knot.takes a bit of time.making sure you have enough line to finish out to end of net and beyond to a bit of cover.as you pull on the cord, the knots unravel easily and the rings fall down the poles right to the end. coneykenny 98
That's the knot used the whole length of net,I tend to leave the loops a wee big big as too much wind might unravel a shorter loop 1 Quote Link to post
