Whats The Most Peaceful Religion?

To be a religion simply needs a believe , not a "supreme being" to worship. What about Anamism ? Animists think almost everything has a soul, but don't think anyone or anything is higher, spiritually, than anything else, yet they are a recognised religion, possibly the oldest religion.

 

Could you please tell me which "strain or tenet" of Buddhism doesn't think it is a religion ? All Buddhists, as far as I know, consider themselves religious.
