Tiddler Bashing Adventure

Set off today on my sea fishing kayak for a freshwater trip up the river with my lad. Start of the adventure and the weather looks changeable:

 

 

Welcomed away on our little adventure by the friendly locals:

 

 

Had to endure a bit of character building in the form of an 'amazon style monsoon':

 

 

But the weather turned out nice and a stop for lunch was called for:

 

 

Then down to the serious business of catching the 'hidden monsters':

 

 

 

And what adventure would be complete without a 'celebrity selfie':

 

 

Further explorations will be needed in the future.

Looks like your lad loved it! Well done for sticking it out when the weather turned "character building" it it is lol I was fishing in my little open boat in morecambe bay the other week and the rain came down that hard I had to start bailing it out!! Only rained for ten mins and I was rewarded with a little tope pup lol
