Catching Sea Trout On Flying C

Has any 1 caught a sea trout on a flying C what coulour and will they strike when they see it and 1 more thing can you fish with them below a fall they swim up

Any colour mate but if it's under a fish run I would use 1 lobworm waited only by 1-2 ssg . Reparlers are the best also fish in dull conditions if it's sunny your wasting your time

Not get a better spinner for sea trout and salmon than the flyin c imo mate, been using them since I was 10 year old I find the black 1 with the copper spinner on it the best colour. Get the best results when there's a bit colour to the water. I caught my biggest salmon at 11 year old on the river wear on a flying c 29lb which is the biggest fish out of the stretch of river by 8lb and had a 17lb sea trout

I fish the wear at bishop mate it's harder further up stream your wright on the wear mouth unfair advantage to us country folk pmsl

Thats were I normally fish next to bedburn, I caught the 29lb salmon right up river in wolsingham on the side of oak leaf caravan site

I've never caught a salmon or sea trout any lower down stream than the free stretch at Durham, am off spinning in the morning on the free stretch all let you no how I get on mate
