THELURCHERANDLONGDOG 91
Noromectin , jab 0.2ml per 10lbs bodyweight under the skin for mange and again in 10 days , 0.1 ml per 10lbs for general worming every 30 days to clear them of everything except tapeworm ,I alternate with panacur 10% every 3rd month for tapeworm , It is very unlikely for a collie based lurcher to have problems with noromectin or ivermectin , it is mainly full bred working strain dogs that have problems with it and then only some of them react , german shepherd and saluki can also have affects from it but I have never seen any. The only dog I have ever seen have an effect was a miniature yorkie and the dosage was messed up because of its tiny scale , it was givenmore than twice the dosage it should of had , she walked sideways for about 8 hours and had a nervous tic but has been fine since.
