Yes for Lungworms and Heartworms, but I'd be worried where they came from (?!).............If your Dog has Heartworms he is going to die from them!!.....These Wormers kill Heartworms, BUT it won't be long before your Dog is too. Read up on Heartworms mate, Lungworms are bad enough.

I know heartworm comes from infected mosquito bites and is not that common but lungworm can be transmitted by slugs & snails which I have a lot of in my garden which is one of the reasons i asked if these parasites were covered, my dogs are wormed regularly & am confident they don't carry any worms or parasites & yes as you say if they had heartworm they would be on deaths door, but I would rather treat them with a wormer that covers both to be on the safe side that the reason I asked, prevention is better than cure

OK mate, I am sure you know what you are doing, just take in that your Dog will not live long with DEAD OR LIVE HEARTWORMS INSIDE IT. Prevention is better than cure, as you said, but IN THIS CASE the cure would kill your Dog quicker than leaving them alive.

Thanks for the reply shamo, both my dogs are perfectly healthy & worm free, I seem to get the impression you think I am looking to treat an existing condition, i am definitely NOT but merely after a preventative in the rare occurrence it ever happened it would be covered by the treatment. I have sent paypal payment for 2 packs. Thanks
