Get some proper orthotics Ray, after paying for various physios with my back I got referred to one through the nhs who helped my back and prescribed orthotics and I had a good relatively pain free winter at work. Your stance and posture have a big effect on your back and you don't realise your doing it. 100% spot on with (posture+stance) it really helps if you stand up straight chest out+ and head held high. you will be surprised how many people don't, and slouch that puts more strain on your lower back in the long term . I ve got 2 worn out discs in my lower back, nothing will rectify that mate only a op, and they are only do surgery today as a last resort, if you can get about and function , they don't give a feck if you in pain most of the time . 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
