What Insoles?

Recommended Posts

Cheers, hope it helps tendonitis in my ankle.

you got flat feet then.(dropped arches ) I have , they reckon insoles do help, used them when I was younger but never bothered as I got older . and seem ok, but having flat feet they reckon can give back probs what ive had for 40 years (bad back). so might be worth getting the feet sorted out .

I have flatish feet a bad knee and ankle , I was advised to use Scholl orthoheels 3/4 insoles and IMO they work superb takes away a lot of the knee pain and most of the ankle pain and they fit all footwear types

Doctor sent me to get an xray a couple of months ago, not got round to it though. some days its ok, but more often than not im starting to watch what im walking on, working on roofs or any slopes aint pleasant at the minute. Think the start of it was a hard dig in wellies.

Just ordered the sorbathanes of ebay.

Get some proper orthotics Ray, after paying for various physios with my back I got referred to one through the nhs who helped my back and prescribed orthotics and I had a good relatively pain free winter at work. Your stance and posture have a big effect on your back and you don't realise your doing it.

100% spot on with (posture+stance) it really helps if you stand up straight chest out+ and head held high. you will be surprised how many people don't, and slouch that puts more strain on your lower back in the long term . I ve got 2 worn out discs in my lower back, nothing will rectify that mate only a op, and they are only do surgery today as a last resort, if you can get about and function , they don't give a feck if you in pain most of the time .
