One Each And A Cracking Night

I got a tx off daz39 to say he had a free pass and was going to one of his perms(this was Thursday night iv just been to busy to do the wright up untill now).

 

so a time was arranged (9,30pm) we arrived and the security let us in daz in front and me be hind we pulled up to the car park and the barrier was down so we waited for it to go up when i noticed two rabbits sitting about 22 yards away and so had daz i saw his car door open but i got to my rifle first i went prone and fired number one in the bag.

 

we got set up and off we went we did the front of the factory unit first where i lit up a rabbit so i kept my lamp on it and sent daz on his way i told him not to put his lamp on as i would keep it lit up for him i watched as he went prone and fired a miss but the rabbit must of got the fright of it life as it took off like a missile lol.

 

This went on for most of the night plenty out but very very skittish but if we had, had fac bullet rifle,s then we would of filled the bags as most of them were about 100 to 150 yards away and try as we did to get with in range they took off i must add that most of the factory as lit up with flood lights .

 

The next time we will do a drive around and get them out of the car window lol.

 

when we got back to the car at one point where daz was sitting with a big smile on his face and a rabbit on the bonnet of his car get in i say,d to him as he has not been out shooting for a while what with work commitments and that .

 

As we sat there stuffing our faces with chocolate and pop daz scanned the dark edges of the car park with his lamp and there was one sitting with its back to us ,you can have it mac he say,d to me and off i went i got with in range of it lay prone set the shot up and just as i was going to squeeze the trigger it took off i made no noise at all but it still took off i still don't now why it shood of been in the bag.

 

I was not with daz when he got his so daz will put his two pennies worth in later all i can say is we only got one each but it was not about the rabbits this time it was just getting out with a very good friend and having a good chin wag and a catch up it was a good night and i enjoyed it no end and we even got a rabbit each i would say that was a CRACKING NIGHT.

 

All we need now is to get vislauk along and arrange a night out with the full team me Matt Daz VISLAUK a force to be recon, d with the TEAM the full TEAM watch this space atvbmac :thumbs:
