Terriers And Docking

Looking online for a pup people are charging hundreds of pounds and not even spending the time/ money to get them docked.

bedlingtons have long tails and don t get problems never seen the quarry taking the piss cause the dogs got along tail

Bedlingtons are different, they suit having a long tail. Normal terriers look terrible with an undocked tail imo.

i prefare the docked look. but i wouldnt knock back a good dog becouse it had a full tail. .

Border terriers also have long tails,look ok .Depends on the tail type,i have an un docked plummer carries a full tail really well certainly don't affect here working.although i prefer a terrier docked, there's nothing worse than terriers docked to short though,a nice bit length too a docked tail gives the terrier a better look.But LONG TAILS SHORT TAILS don't matter as long as the dog dose the job asked of it. atb keith j.

I've got a Russell pup coming in around 4 week this as not been docked an iam not to bothered as it's from two good working terriers so should do the biz and that's all that matters in my opinion
