baz 463
He is a big old lump of a unit, but so is razor... You,ll know enough about dogs andy to no when he,s right, 20lb is a lot to nock off any dog, some run bigger than others, if yours is up and down fells all day, any excess fat would soon be gone, if your going to head south with him tho,get his lungs well opened up before you go , smart dog tho Quote Link to post
roybo 2,873
@ 70lb I'd guess he'd only be a couple or 3 lb over what he wants to be (guessing having seen his sire) a 27 inch 50lb dog would be VERY light I reckon 2 Quote Link to post
trenchfoot 4,243
Andy that hairy eared fecker looks well! god knows how !? ;0) if I ever get a plague of tennis balls, I know who to call for 1 Quote Link to post
Silversnake 1,099
Beautiful photos of a beautiful animal. 20 pounds sounds a ridiculous amount of weight to take off him to me. Good luck with him and it is clear to see you are going to have a lot more fun with him Quote Link to post
dytkos 17,784
Great pics Andy and nice to see you posting again You probably know the dogs best condition better than anyone else I would have thought? Have you heard how the Fife dog is doing at all? Cheers, D. Quote Link to post

socks 32,253
All is good lads..the Pom is bouncing Breeze, still getting between 50 and a hundred miles per week on the Fells .. it should of been called Duracell as its a ginger and is bloody endless lol..Hows your team Bob? ..Cheers Max,ive put my whole darn life into this Boots dog mate, very obedient,no aggression towards other dogs etc, lovely dog he is but you will know better than me with keeping these types..a good coursing lad up here told me to knock upwards of 20lb of this dogs back? Fook it would look ridiculous and id be in jail but he says it won't be worth a toss down the road? Im not saying it may want stripped out a bit but 20lb? I wouldn't call him a good coursing lad if he reckons you need to take nearly a third off the dogs body weight ... Sounds more like a rank amature to me ............ 1 Quote Link to post
