ghostlyease 17
OK, OH went out and got himself an Air rifle, would like to go out with him at some point so am looking for advice or perhaps a second hand gun that is suitable for me, his one is hugely heavy, was very surprised at the weight. So im not looking for anything over £150 Its gotta be reasonably light & suitable for a girlie (me) I dont really want a gun that uses gas I would like something that the kids (10 and 13) could use if they so wished once in a while Dont need anything too powerful, will only be out after rabbits rats and small game... Asking way too much me thinks but any advice appreciated...

oxo 452
BSA Lightning XL, small, light powerful.
maty j 6
watch the weirachs they can be too heavy. my neighbours got a 97 and a few shots with that and you'll be like popeye. i had a webley xocet karbine with silencer. that would of been perfect imo. very small, light, reasonably quiet and small enough for the kids to shoot. perhaps they would need help cocking it due to the shorter barrel but supose that could be a plus point...anyway just another option for you to consider. cheers,
Boom 0
i'm with oxo.... BSA Lightning will be perfect for you, there at the legal limit which will kill rabbits and rats, there very light also there smaller than most guns and are spring loaded you cant go wrong with this gun

jultaylor1972 2
BSA Lightning XL, small, light powerful. I completely agree! Ive recently got myself one of these and I think its fantastic. I took my 12 year old nephew to the rifle range last week and he was a better shot than me with it! I have no problem highly recommending it for all of your purposes.
