dare 1,103
Surely if prevention is better than a cure the idiots need educating? So many people rush out and buy dogs without any previous experience of owning a dog. Tougher punishment on those with out of control dogs and people have to attend classes to train their dog and get experience handling a dog. Can you really see the average bad boy off the estate walking his spikey collared red nose pit bull into the local dog training classes ? what is this education folk speak of ? what does it involve ?............do you seriously think these idiots dont know what most normal folk are saying,of course they do thats part of the attraction its the notoriety that they thrive on what makes you think they are suddenly going to get all sensible ! Was probably more aimed at those who just have out of control dogs due to being idiots. Those type of owners who almost want an out of control dog probably won't attend your right. Can't see them paying for insurance either though but they'd still get dogs I reckon, unless sentencing got tougher. To the point where they think it ain't even worth it. dare 1,103
Monday night channel 5 9pm ........ Dangerous Dog Owners & Proud[sUB HD] Thousands of illegal dangerous dogs are seized every year by the police, with hundreds being destroyed, while wardens are trying to cope with a big increase in banned breeds that are used by some owners to intimidate others or enhance their own status. This documentary meets people whose dogs are either illegal, trained to be vicious, or both, including a man who can make his red-nosed pit bull behave aggressively with a simple command, while a Nuneaton woman has taught her Staffordshire bull terriers to protect her home from intrudersDocumentary Everything opposite of what the breed was bred for. These type of c**ts shouldn't own the dog. Clearly no love or respect for the breed as its common sense this sort of shit does no favours. Funny how many so called respected dogmen either mix with these sort of people or these people are friends of friends. Your as good as the company you keep in my books. Plenty of the idiots who shouldn't own a dog can get hold of dogs as long as they've got the money saddly. Being a dog lover I'd always put dogs before money but guess people have different morals. dare 1,103
Brought it today just because of your comment. Thing is I didnt even bother reading it all i don't have too. "Devil dogs, I've got a big ego he just makes it bigger. Jobless Tracey doesn't mind if her dog kills someone". f**k me might be a good idea to bring in an intelligence test before you own a dog. How can they call them devil dogs when you've got owners with these attitudes. Don't get how the media still want to portray them as devil dogs as if blaming a breed works. The dda has failed clearly anyone can see that. Just reading those headlines made me want gnashers idea even more. Most jobless and egotistic twats are skint. Lets stop such idiots from owning the breed. If you are skint and want a breed that's highly priced in terms of the license then save or get another breed. People tend to look after and care for things better that they've had to save and pay alot of money for dont they.

THE STIFFMEISTER 16,161
A personal opinion is I'd like to see every single bull type including these ludicrous mastiff types leashed and muzzled in public Three strikes without that and its gone Pits, staffs, the whole f***ing lot regardless of age breed size the lot regimented by cozzers who actually care Today I was walking along with my toddler and at 5 o clock there was two gorgons with tins of lager walking a huge brindle mollasser type down a terraced street , I picked her up to cries of it's alright , I replied with no it's not it's far from alright actually cause your not in control of that dog The male gorgon then spent an age fishing an ancient lead out of his kagool pocket between slurps and tokes on his roly and transferring his carry out and Chinese to his less salubrious partner Wtf are folk like that doing having a dog like that? It beggars belief that some form of means tested system isn't saying, no you can't afford that animal whilst we're paying you to exist , get rid Cause I for one would welcome that tomorrow

Mister Gain 1,764
A personal opinion is I'd like to see every single bull type including these ludicrous mastiff types leashed and muzzled in public I think that needs to be applied to ALL dogs in public. Every dog (with teeth) has the capability of inflicting damage, or worse, to another dog or person. The most vicious and unpredictable dog I have ever encountered was a Cairn Terrier. F*****g thing had a screw loose. It belonged to my brother, and whilst for the most time it was OK, it would suddenly turn. I told him it needed putting down, or at the very least a muzzel in public, but he couldn't see past that.
C556 351
Have a test simliar to a driving licence so that to own a dog you need to show that you have a certain level of understanding of dog training, care and psychology. If you have a dog and haven't passed the test then you'd face a hefty fine and lose your dogs. That should weed out some of the idiots and people who're unable to control their dogs. neems 2,406
So that's the end of going out for a little mooch with the lurcher or terrier then? and I'd also be amazed if it prevented a single attack, more likely insight a few with all the unsocialised dogs we'd then have,I.e not walked because the owner hasn't chipped and insured it or can't be arsed puttin a muzzle on it. mandatory prison sentence and a ban on keeping animals if you're dog attacks or tries to attack any person without due cause, any further damage done the owner is charged with. Then all the good owners can carry on as usual, the shit heads will end up in prison or banned from keeping dogs. some form of license could be necessary, but only to check you aren't banned. bracken boy 584
What about no drinking when in control of dogs then your more of a chance of being sensible and in control of dog and actions.
gnasher16 30,441
What about no drinking when in control of dogs then your more of a chance of being sensible and in control of dog and actions. Now your just making it too complicated ..... A simple owners licence/insurance for every single dog priced according to breed/owner/risk.......with a central licensing body similar to dvla..............no licence no dog and prosecute as necessary.
