Casso 1,261
If a dog doesn't love to bite then he most definitely Needs to bite The problem lies in not understanding the nature of the dog, The fecking dog can't speak for if he could, the first and ultimately life saving question would be, " Show me what you want to do with my enoergy" If owners of hyper stimulated high temperament high drive dogs don't address that issue it's like sealing the lid of a pressure cooker and turning the heat on
dare 1,103
What's really needed is a solution. Dda has failed. Accidents will continue to increase unless another approach is taken.

mushroom 13,253
Gnasher while I partly agree any half decent owner wouldn't let the dog get near if they knew it was a bad 'un. Mate of mine had a liability around other dogs we took it out walking and the damn fecker tried to kill my jack, took same dog out hunting and he was pure focus on the job this was the sire to my staff who is the most docile mofo ever except when hunting lol point being give them a direction and the badness becomes channeled same as a scrappy lad into a boxer
gnasher16 30,458
My point is mate any idiot who thinks a dog cant be born bad shouldnt own a dog in the first place in my opinion.......its a tiny % of dogs that are and usually they dont end up in an idiots hands but very occassionally they do and its a recipe for disaster when it happens.
Plummerterrier 291
Scrap the dda And make it mandatory to have some type of license to own any dog!
beast 1,884
scrap the dda and have MASSIVE penalties for anybody who owns a dog which seriously injures somebody!
gnasher16 30,458
Scrap the dda and have mandatory insurance premiums on all dogs priced in relation to dog type/owner type ie....Group 20 Pit Bull Terrier for a 20 year old in London = 5k per annum.......Group 3 Corgi for a 65 year old in rural Hertfordshire = 50 pound per annum Lets see who REALLY wants to own an " in " dog.
stabba 10,745
Just muzzle all dogs in a public area. Simple as that. On the spot fines. 3 strikes and the dog goes to doggy heaven. No favouritism . Everyone treated the same.
