Out With The 17 Hmr

Been out tonight with my 17 on a new piece of ground and here's what I got all about 60 yards except one I got 100 yards of my sticks.

I love the .22lr and still think its the best rabbiting calibre imo. Its just the hmr is so easy to shoot, very flat, powerful and accurate. I get more satisfaction from the .22 as its more of a challenge. Just miss the power and speed of the hmr. Seems to take forever for that .22 sub to reach its target lol.

Its that half a second or so then that thud when it hits home,everyone to there own . i had 160 yrd shot a week ago with the hmr..happy as a bunny..well not that bunny

I've seen one on the side of the road near Cardiff last year...quite common for some...presumably up north.
