I'm currently studying WILF CANT DO

It's a bastardised form of Morris dancing mixed with a few battle crys brought over with the Normans

Entry to this elite secret martial art can only be achieved by rocking into Essex and cuffing a minimum of thirty west ham armchair fans around by 10 30 in the morning

Max hardcore teaches the north east branch and has vacancies due to a mass drowning on the wearside sands ,

All applications to those interested in this deadly manly art should be directed to

Sensei stiffy

Headlock house

Arm bar avenue

PO box ICF

Savage hard cuntshire

at your first training session it's recommended to bring trackies, at least £40 sovs for beers and as many fags as you can carry

On another note

My mate Luke was half cut in Thailand and ended up in the ring with that nights may Thai fighter at the local boozer

After an initial flurry of flash kicks and sonic booms, Luke had borne the brunt of the attack and knocked him out with one punch

Boxing will always win out, purely I believe because no martial art has the basic ability to absorb punches through sparring etc to the level that boxing has

But how many knees to head are they taking in a training session?

As opposed to a boxer taking more than a few every time he steps in the ropes?

hopefully no full contact ones, but they will take punches and kicks, which are a lot harder than punches.

Doesn't matter what kind of fighting you do none of them make you bullet proof. A cousin of mine found that one out.

true,or knife in the back or house brick back of your head  being tough + strong means fook all out on the street .!!
