From what I've read Full body splits are the only way to go for a beginner and that involves deadlifting and squats, that's the thing with this game there's that much advice telling you one thing and another I don't know what to follow.

I wouldn't like to tell you what to do mate but you can train around this injury and very effectively at that. It will be frustrating but constantly analysing your programme is just part and parcel of it, injured or not.

Is it not safer though? Sure non are good for you but if not abused youll be fine. I guess thats like roids aswell. f**k knows i probably just feel its more acceptable to do the other stuff as its more of the norm i guess.

There's a documentary on netflix called bigger faster stronger it gives a full explanation into steroids and how they work, what they do etc. Well worth a watch.

 

Also check out steriod com it also explains they different types.

 

They are great if used correctly and not abused, if you are taking steroids you need to eat clean, stay away from any drugs and alcohol. Taking them is a science not a get big quick miracle. If used correctly the results are great

Right let's clear some stupid myths about juice up

 

No your penis doesn't shrink lol but due to synthetic testosterone being in your system you're testicles will shrink slightly due to theyre main function not being needed, Unless you run hcg through your cycle which keeps them active...

 

Roid Rage imo is rubbish, if your an arsehole you might be more of an arsehole but I think the roid rage comes from lads on juice getting drunk acting like c**ts and blaming the gear they're on.

 

You have to abuse them to see results, nonsense!!! I think a lot of people think they have to but could probably get similar results running less than they are or using a different compound.

You say you have only been lifting a few months......do yourself a favour me ol mate and stop reading so much.......get into a reputable gym,seek out some big strong healthy well conditioned people and ask them what they do......most people are only too pleased to share knowledge and information with newcomers as ultimately we are all chasing similar goals.......with only a few months lifting experience juice shouldnt even be entering your mind....learn to lift correctly,learn to eat correctly,learn your bodies responses.......then one day in the future if you ever get anywhere near to your genetic potential you could start learning about the pros and cons of steroids.

You're not getting what I'm saying, I sure as damn bet that to get enough effect for serious muscle growth the dosage is a hell of a lot higher than amounts used for their purpose in the medical industry.

True but most folk in the gym that are big and looking well are on the juice or have done it in the past, it comes with the territory I suppose.

So whats your point ?....no problem dont use it and just lift natural.......its not for everyone and its certainly not a decision to be made by a new lifter so i dont really understand why its even on your mind to be honest.

 

Someone just learning how to drive doesnt need to worry about what the land speed record is :D

Yes but I wouldn't waste time with protein or instant mass shakes just eat more food,

Of course real food is better but protein shakes are very convenient, saves a lot of cooking ha.
