oneredtrim 148
G had a good trick involving two 25k plates and the olympic bar, clean and jerking it single handed...in sets of ten, he would'nt weigh 12stone if you threw him in the cut I like the extremes from the little people personally, tickles me, had a Rowan atkinson type kid interjecting on me once and i went to pick him up and move him out the road (i was young), he braced, i could'nt shift him (not a budge), though i could do me own body weight over me head single handed on a dumb bell, shift him i could'nt, i'd have had more chance trying to shift a bronze statue. To make matters worse young Rowan come at me...calling me out asking me who the fucky nora i thought i was to move him unannounced, i was a little embarrassed at me lack of manners being pointed out and the fact that i could'nt shift him. I liked the lad and submitted, i wanted to know about his statue stunt, sat him down and had a chat, turned out his brother was a david essex stunt double and his mother and all the femme's would eulogise him no end to such a point little Rowan had become somewhat dynamically tensioned enough to omit great resistance all because he felt a deep deep angst at kopping the body shape and boat he'd been dealt..we become good friends. Seen the small monkey do the 500lb single arm pull in an experiment once, they'd starved it first like and it had to do the pull to get fed, having never seen the trick before, it did'nt need a trial run, pissed it.
DogFox123 1,379
I've never lifted weights in my life until December, training for around 6 weeks and did my back in deadlifting. f****d it up good and proper and haven't worked out for around 2 months. Thing is because I'm a bigger its best if do a full body routine but that means lots of deadlifting and squats which will mess my back up. I considered going on the juice to see if it helps my back but thought better.

DogFox123 1,379
It won't I've been always led to believe that Deca works wonders for injuries.
j1985 1,983
It lubricates joints! Give it a go but run some test with it otherwise you'll shut down like a tonne of bricks and be left wishing you'd never ever heard about deca or any other juice lol Edited May 8, 2015 by j1985

Do you really think you have the dedication to use drugs safely and efficiently? Get medically checked out and get lifting again and work around your injury. To think that you couldn't continue to make progress just because squats and deadlifts were a no go is wrong. Edited May 8, 2015 by Born Hunter

At work I've still been getting sciatica so it's still not right, I have been to see a remedial therapist and tbh she didn't know what was up with me.

Get back in the gym and tailor your programme to work around this injury. Deadlifts and squats are well known as the foundation of any good routine but plenty of lads have been very successful in their absence. Don't let the injury end it for you, work around it and you'll feel better for it. Everyone gets injured and lower back from deadlifting is one of the most common. I'm sure there are people in your gym that can give you good advice on what you should be doing.
j1985 1,983
I'd rather use juice than go out drinking, smoking and sniffing shite lol

Just thought it was good to show it can be done withoutsteds The reality is though.....it cant.......that lad has a great base to build a good physique.......but it wouldnt win him a bodybuilding competition at the moment.....everyone has different focus and different goals he looks a good strong healthy person with good genetics and for some people thats mission accomplished....for others its just a start. From what I've read Full body splits are the only way to go for a beginner and that involves deadlifting and squats, that's the thing with this game there's that much advice telling you one thing and another I don't know what to follow.
