Tomhill131 25 Posted July 23, 2014 Report Share Posted July 23, 2014 Roast of the fennel and celeriac till very tender on a slow heat then add some cream and butter only a small amount and blitz in a blender till smooth , get some spuds and make a nice buttery mash , pan fry salmon and fry the crayfish in plenty of butter and garlic and if its available a bit of samphire and bosh lovely tea !
