Casso 1,261 Posted July 20, 2014 Report Share Posted July 20, 2014 Brandao had blown a bit hot and cold before so it was hardly surprising when the pressure came on that he backed into the cage and halfheartedly fired out a kick , it was over in his own head at that stage I thought he was doing ok standing but then again he was taking the shots not me , he tried taking mcgregor down without much success and ended on his back shortly after that the fight went out of him, Still can't gauge where mcgregor is in relation to the top 5 but one thing that impresses about him is his ability to soak up the pressure of the occasion and use it to his advantage , some fighters explode like mcgregor and in turn some implode like brandao when the pressures on Quote Link to post Share on other sites
