budharley 945
Well some of you may remember I started a topic a good while ago I had taken my lad tig who has Down syndrome for a couple of pigeons ,well it's been another tough few months with him but we finally managed to get out these last few weeks for a few birds .I've realy struggled to find permission for pigeon all the good pigeon land is all taken around me ,after a couple of year of trying I got a nice perm only to find when I visited last it had been rented out so no shooting . I will keep trying for land though as all these bags I see of 50 plus birds is what I would love to have a go at . I have 10 acres with my dad thats just grazing land so we set up trying to hit a few birds as they flew a flight line over . It was a great couple of hours in great company one was shot last night by my dad but I put it in his pic because he wanted to all was single shots finished on a left n right sorry for the write up doing it on my phone and my eyes aren't so clever 5 Quote Link to post

squab 2,875
nothing better than getting them out amongst it,may try your luck finding a good sitee tree where the pigeons get up and tuck yourself in at the base, not that you will get hundreds but it can be quite productive mind you he looks happy enough either way atb Quote Link to post
