Fight or flight is an instinct not a decision making process .....The urge to move forward is just as natural in some as the urge to move backwards is in others......just depends how an individual is

Mate he was awake and compus mentus I would have to be dead to allow that guy to be doing that to me ... He lay there like a fukcing coward just accepting his fate ... Not for me I'm afraid ... If you

What he done to the dog was bang out of order , but to beat someone up like that was sick , the lad who beat him is lucky hes not on a murder charge

Some of the comments below state that they can speak Russian and its a neo nazi beating up a gay lad ??? ... Whoever he is he is a spineless fukcing weasel allowing that to happen to him .......

He didn't look like he was in much state to stop it quite frankly, lol. He might have put up a hell of a fight before the camera was rolling.

If you want to beat me like that you better kill me because as long as I can function I will keep coming .... Some people just don't have the survival instinct ... For better or worse I have it in lorry loads ..........

That's fair enough Socks, but is it not fair to say 'fighting spirit' can get you killed? Some people know when they are f****d and to take the hiding because if they don't they're gonna get killed. For example, In interogation training for SF lads are they not taught to act beaten and cowardly to appease their captors for an 'easier' life?

This is all making me sound like a fecking coward myself I know and tbh I couldn't tell you how I'd go in that situation as I've never been there, but I don't necessarily think the lad was a 'cowardly weasle' for not fighting on when he's in that state already... jmho

I don't doubt you would fight to the bitter end, lol. But you've taken that test...

Interrogation in a no win situation is different mate and it would be suicide to try and fight ... HOWEVER if there was a chance to get away whilst being interrogated then you can bet your bottom dollar a fight to the death would ensue ... I just can't get my head around anybody just sitting there and taking that ... Whether you fight or don't you are going to get a beating so at least go out giving the fella some back ... I remember getting into an argument with a fukcing giant of a bloke over his and mine kids doing something trivial and this fella telling me he was going to smash me into the ground ... I said yep you probably will but I tell you something you are going to know you have been in a fight and there will be a scar on your body somewhere to always remind you ... Luckily he decided not to smash fukc out of me as he was a big lad

Cant see the link but id be interested to see what we,re talking about here in terms of " a beating "........if for no other reason than im curious to see what some folk might call " curring out "

I know one thing and that is it doesnt matter a jot that your conscious if you are slipping in and out of shock your body just doesnt go......never mind fighting back you,ll struggle to raise your arm !

As for the reasoning....if its as bad as folk say then i agree with Steve66 it sounds well ott for beating a dog.

The guy was laid on the floor with his face covered in claret and the guy hitting him was able to hold the lads head by the guys ears and punch him in the face like some cabbage about a dozen times, the lad didn't even raise his arms to protect his face he seemed out of it to me. Not good really.

The lads grabbing his ear cocking his hand right back and the lad on the floor isn't flinching at all before he gets hit.

he's out with his eyes open.

I hope it's not over a dog being beaten,I'd hate to see animal rights loons start getting taken seriously in eastern Europe as well.

Fair enough Socks. But my personel opinion is I'd liken that lads situation to a no win situation where if he was to fight in that state there's a good chance the aggressor could kill him... Just how I see it. I see being game to the end in everything admirable and will get you through a lot but there's times when it'll get you killed or dissabled and knowing when those times are isn't cowardice it's intelligence. I'm still not convinced the lad was in any way capable of defending himself either, he couldn't even shield himself, never mind throw anything back.

There's a lot of big fuckers that are cowards when faced with someone serious.

That said, there's also a lot of brave men that are dead for not knowing when they're outmatched.

Yeah of course he may be too out of it to fight back. Everyone's dead game from behind a keyboard ay lol. Here's the question though, people are saying its to harsh for beating A dog. What if it was your dog the bloke had beaten? I'd probably stop when his knocked out although sometimes do think f**k it aim of a fight is to hurt the other person as much as possible. I suppose its just a rule that's installed in everyone. Had a bloke pull out a pole on me ages ago and managed to get it off him along with the group watching us. Even after that when he went down I let him back up. Was just an instinct thing really as after I did think f**k it should of jumped on him. Suppose it depends what the fights over as to if rules are gonna be followed. A petty argument aint no need to give a proper hiding and continue hitting em when knocked out.

I wasn't really commenting on whether the lad could fight back in the state he was in I was more making the point that he allowed himself to get in that state ... Now as far as know 20 blokes jumped him and that was the end result BUT the way it's filmed one lad did the beating and that was the end of the film and to me it wouldn't be that easy to film if he had put up a fight and had some self preservation .... Just watched it again a few times and that lad was plenty awake and capable of covering up and defending himself ... The fact is he resigned himself to taking a beating and just let it happen ........
