Wanting Some Advice For A Project

Right then, I have an hw90k, my idea is to change the stock, shorten the barrel, add a silencer.

 

Q.1. Are the any other stock's out there for this? Was maybe looking at a thumb hole one.

 

Q.2. If I shorten the barrel will it cause problems?

 

Q.3 which mod is better?

 

Any help would be great.

I'm not too sure about the stock but no doubt someone will.

 

Yes you can shorten the barrel but make sure it's crowned correctly.

As for silencers that's a whole debate in itself. But you won't go wrong with a HW.

I'm sure I saw a recent thread on here with one for sale. £30.

Right so ill need a gun Smith to crown the barrel? I've looked for stocks but can't find any for that rifle, every other he mind but not a 90k.

+1 on moxys advice properly crowned and hw mod

Sometimes shortening a barrel it can drop some power too

Don't really know how but can.

years ago theoben did a hw90tb .it was 90 action with evo silencer and theoben ambi stock .i had one and use to shoot so sweet .you could try a evo stock

Tiz a possibility that but think they used theoben trigger group so may have problems there , might be wrong tho I read it somewhere IL try find link now
