johnny boy68 11,726
Ok Paulus - Probably not the best way to go around it. But there you go, i'm tired and a wee bit pissed off. I paid for my items and sent my address to those in question - and i've given them the benefit of the doubt for a time, as folk lead busy lives, and i'm not the quickest at getting things done. I'm not sure I was quite slagging the site? But to be fair, deleting members at a time when they are attempting to sort out things which they have donated to a charity auction on the site, seems a little bit shit. And funnily enough, kicking up a public stink, is usually a very good way of getting things moving. i have messaged gte but johny could have done that as both are on the other site as i said i have readies email i will send one off to him but if anyone can contact him quicker than feel free, i agree they were removed without any thought but unfortunately nothing i could do about it I could've if I knew what was going on, since when was I in charge of sorting lots out on an auction? Feck all to do with me Paul.

Ggib 370
Right, so i've resisted putting this up. . . . . but i'm a tiny bit pissed off. I bid on a few things in the auction, out of good faith, I expected to get out bid on some, but I won. . . . and thats how it goes, so happily paid the money. Anyway, there was then that super cull of members, in which some of those that I had won items from were banend. The result -I have not recieved three items I paid for and have no way of contacting the owners. So i'm down £160 on the items I have not recieved. The joys of THL, what a f***ing joke. It will be the last time I ever bid on anything on here, or contribute any money to any causes. anno a super cull of members and the enemies against hunting can drift copying and pasting what ever they like unchallenged, but i guess the owner has the final word. p.s this is not an attack just an opinion,

Matt 160
Hang on a minute? When did this 'huge' cull take place? I must have missed that You can't expect the owner of the site to ignore blatant rule breaking just in case one of the rule breakers happens to be selling something surely? The fact is, a few members went over the top, and despite plenty of warning via PM and using the system, pushed things a bit too far and paid the price for it. Jai, you're a good fella, who I've had the pleasure of dealing with in the past and I'm sure being under pressure at the moment is making things seem much worse, but the way I read it, the people concerned haven't honoured their promises That's not the fault of the site, it's human nature Eventually, scum always floats to the surface Doing a man out of what is rightfully bought and paid for is typical of the society we live in today
