You B*stards! I just drooled all over my key board as soon as I read that! 'Roast spuds and mint sauce'? I'll likely never get to eat that again for as long as I live! No handy " Iceland " shops out here on the bog

Mint tea like the tourages from the north African deserts make couple of spoons of tea in a pot, stuffed with mint 2 hand fulls, sweeten with 4-6 spoons of sugar poured from a great height to get a head on it very refreshing on a hot hot day.

Can't beat it on a hot day no hang over after.

:drink:

Moll; I'd need Iceland because that's the only place I know where I could get a bag of roast spuds, ready frozen, which I could then put in my micro wave.

I've expanded my cooking facilities now. I now have my pokey little micro'. My grill (the micro blew up years ago, but the quartz grill in that one's still going) and now I have my beloved Slow Cooker

So, 'Chillie al a Ditch' proved a run away success :toast: I can barely begin to imagine what other gastronomic heaven will emerge from that wonderful thing ~ and really must find time to search Google for ideas! ~ but roasting is, I'm afraid, beyond me here.

I can't complain though. I never thought I'd ever get to eat a quality chillie again; And, by god That f*cker hit the mark! :clapper:
