ended up just ordering bulldog shovel and grafter instead as everyone i spoke to could not fault them and got them for real decent price to

I just discovered the fiskars shovels. So far, they're a fine tool. The steel handle is slick when wet though. I guess I'll tape the thing up. But otherwise it has done well for me this summer planting trees and digging the dogs. If it lasts the while year without snapping a weld, I'll be happy. I really yard on it.
