Kemperz21 65
Right before I get hammerd for an amature mistake if I've made one I'm new ish to catty hunting is it normal for game to hear (and move ) before the shot hits home ? I've shot rats while fishing only 5 yards max I'm useing a strike 9 black widow while I make my own before I get told there crap I'm only using it while I make my own ;-) I've had a go at a woody an a couple bunnys all moved just before the shot hit home 1 I know was def a miss even if it didn't move but the other 2 I watched the shot hit or pass where the animal was before it moved so my Q is can they hear it before the shot hits ? I've had this happen mate, normally when using bands as they "slap" after releasing the pouch, then other times I've managed to take a couple of shots at a woodie and they've sat still.
