Anyone Know Who Owns These Dogs?

Bought a pup at 6 and a half months from a man in south wales over a year ago. Tried my best to find out about the Dam and Sire but would like to know more than he can tell me. All he told me is the bitch is coursing bred saluki type and the dog is 3/8 dh 5/8 grey. Anyone seen either of these dogs run or know anyone who has, please let me know, pics below
