zandy01 3,575 Posted June 23, 2014 Report Share Posted June 23, 2014 Noticed this morning that my Whippet pup (9 months old) has a discoloured front tooth, looks like a purple ish/dark red/plumb colour, top half near gum line, rest is pure white as are the rest of his teeth. There are no signs of any redness, swelling or any apparent soreness... Tooth does not seem to be affecting him in any way and he'll happily chew things, play tug games etc I don't know if a trip to the vets is i order or anyone has any ideas as to what may be wrong/the cause ???
