Am I the only one who finds bbqs over rated? Lol. Mums a butcher so tbh I get sick of eating meat every day.

Can't beat a barbecue IMO, specially on sunny days with friends & family and a few beers, I was at one yesterday, had spicy pigeon on a skewer, was lovely..... :yes:

 

be breast meat , what it taste like then ? I find norm p/m bit rich ,but ok in pan with bit of butter/onions .

should try some pheasant and duck breasts in a Chinese BBQ souce on the BBQ you just can't beat a BBQ day few cans good friends and family plenty off food if I had it my way I'd eat a BBQ ever nite off the week during the summer instead of watching TV or being on here as long as every f****r leaves though BBQ have a tendancy too turn into a 18 hour drinking session round here and no one leaves

Speaking about cooki g out side I was going to start a topic but it'll no matter now . I'm thinking about building an out side oven type thing , would it be ok to use carmillie flag stone for the base if it ? So they're Wirk be some amount of hugest inside it or what would you use ?

The base would obviously take pizza and casserole dishes ?

I built an outdoor cob oven for my daughters school last summer. Give me a shout if that the sort of thing you're thinking of.

hello spade it would be for pizza casseroles type thing would you have a picture of it , ill pm my phone number so you can send me a picture if you feel comfortable with that a d if I buy the materials you could just come up and build it lol if the price is right ??
