Best Dslr & Lens For Action Shots?

Recommended Posts

Some good replies there lads, just what I was after, from people with experience out in the field. As what is great for most people won't suit what I/we want in the field whilst out.

I've got plenty to think about and research now!

teach them to lay down then..... :tongue2:

Best shot i ever took, well, one of em, was on a 18-55 kit lens and a 300D , or was it a 350 D...i can't quite remember.

Anyway, my advice would be to forget raw, forget changing camera, invest in some serious glass.

Right lads, thanks for all the advice, I think that a decent lens is in order then!

Whilst learning to get the most out of my setup before spending a small fortune on a new body.

Next question!

What size lens do you recommend?

how deeps your pocket  if money is no object then an L lens 70 - 200 f2,8 or the cheaper f4 the IS does make a difference with hand held shots
