socks 32,253
Yep I work my dogs all year round as its what I do for a living ... It can be hard work on both dogs and man but you do have a quiet period now and again which gives you all a chance to recharge your batteries ........... Quote Link to post
whitefeet4190 1,729
No I don't I work my dogs in the winter months an then I am out 5 nights a week but I do like to rest my dogs in the summer, let then rest and put weight on still taking them out for a short walk everyday but try to avoid places where anything will jump out the cover but I think the dogs need a rest to be fair but each to their own I guess Quote Link to post

little hedz 118
Is the ground not to hard mid summer ? Sometimes thats why its abit slow golf courses and driving ranges always seem to be runnable though only hard frosts seem to screw them up being england as well we ususaly have rain through summer as well they have just cut silage and hay here so that opens up a few more fields Quote Link to post
