donnyc 1,203
What would be a reasonable price to pay for the above? Fresh and a fair bit of meat left on them
Cargol 302
I pay £1 per KG now. I used to get them a lot cheaper but the place is gone now. Don't know if that's cheap or not.

Gaz_1989 9,539
I get a big box for £4. It weighs 9kg and I would say there are 20 carcass in it give or take. But they aren't the poxy half size carcasses you get. They are basically a full chicken with the breast and legs removed. Loads of fatty skin and meat on them, big neck and some offal inside etc.
Cargol 302
I used to pay £3 per box but as said they were mainly bone. The ones I pay £1 per Kilo for now are whole carcasses with the breast and legs removed. I get my Tripe from the same place so I don't mind paying abit more for the carcasses now. Cargol 302
Lucky man. A few years ago you could have all sorts of Butchers waste for nothing. But there are so many people switching to raw most have figured out they can make a few quid from it.

inan 841
What would be a reasonable price to pay for the above? Fresh and a fair bit of meat left on them I get mine for nothing ,I just drop him a bit of "miscellaneous" during the winter and an occasional case of Fosters. Don't just give white meat I vary mine with beef and tripe mince.
