The Seeker 3,048
You won't go wrong with a Nikon Prostaff mate. I've got one on my .223 it's a fantastic scope for the money and the clarity is compatible to my schmidt and bender. 1 Quote Link to post

The Seeker 3,048
Got a bit more to spend now, looking at £500-£600. Any recommendations?? For that sort of money you could look at a 2nd hand Zeiss Duralyt or maybe a Schmidt and Bender 8 x 50 for around £400.00 Don't discount the Nikon stuff though have a look at the Nikon Monarchs. At the end of the day they make world quality glass for camera lenses so they know about optics. Quote Link to post

Wildling 520
What about a second hand Leupold like a VX3, they come with a full lifetime guarantee even when second hand and have fantastic optics! Always 1 or 2 about on ebay or similar mate. Quote Link to post
