Breeding My Old Bitch?

My old bitch is twelve to thirteen years old an is in season an would love to have the last litter of her she is still very fit an has a good tempramant she is a half cross bull grey but I am wondering if this is to old she as had a couple of litters in the past

any advice would be much appreciated thank 1 man and hiz dog

I wouldn't, if she's had litters in the past and they've turned out that good that you want to breed her again surely one of the offspring is worth breeding from mate?

Too old in my opinion mate, dogs at that age are open to all sorts of problems when having a litter.

Do you know any one who had one of her pups? Or kept one? See if they are planning a litter instead? Could put alot of strain on her at that age, plus although she still has seasons her fertility may not be as great as when she was younger

No I haven't a few of my close friends an family have tho it was a repeated matin so I would like 2 see a different dog line her that's all but don't think I will now. 2 be honest an ther as been good dogs an some shit out the litter I won't lie to ya like

Just been talking to a friend an there is a place in Preston were they can take the eggs out of your bitch an use them on another prefer her off sring will have a look in too it think would be the best option !!!!!!

I bred my bitch at 8 an thought I was pushing it,I personally wouldn't breed off a dog that old,

wouldnt be quite the same id say,,ive heard of greyhounds whelping litters at that age with no problems ,,did having pups take a lot out of her when she had them before or did she take it in her stride?
