If those individuals get together with a lot of work it'll succeed. Toilet block cartering. Seprate field for parking Public liablity insurance Let caravan site in the area take the campers and caravans for first year. Allthough money spinner can back fire Licenced bar out side caterer will have own insurance , ask for % on take or pay for pitch Keep trade stands to minimum and let it grow Piss easy but can grow into a monster sooner than you think !!!! But the interest that will come from this site could be unriveld Give it a go socks. And personaly id run it late sept next year. Better bet would be to find somewhere near a town where there wouldn't be quite such an attraction to 'exploring' the surrounding countryside.
