Slippery_Weasel 460
What an awesome idea, Would love to be a fly on the wall at some of the nearby police stations along the way when the poacher watch number starts ringing off the hook with reports from frantic land owners who are reporting having seen a gang of 100 dog lads and 200 running dogs crossing their land! 1 Quote Link to post
perthshire keeper 1,239
Hi guys, just wondering if anybody would be up for this two week adventure? I think it would be a great way to get the dogs fit for the following season and a great achievement for yourself . The coast to coast walk is 190 miles starting at the irish sea through the lake district, the Yorkshire dales and then the Yorkshire moors to the east coast. I think beginning of September time would be ideal. Anybody actually walked the Wainright coast to coast before? all the best i have cut every inch of the 40 miles of grass that make up the cumbrian coast to coast routeand thats as close to walking it as i want to get haha but i wish you the best with it....just pick up ya dog mess theirs nowt worse than strimming shit for 8 hours!
