If they ever forget to write GIFT, it can cost me a little. It all depends on the value of the item. Usually the delivery company will charge you at the door. If it's pick up from an office, e.g. post office, FedEx, etc, then they'll charge you at the pick up centre. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I paid extra to get it quicker but customs has it in limbo now lol cheers guys it shouldn't be long now. that gift thing dont work realky, they still charge was reading about it other day. Flipper_Al 1,012 Posted June 9, 2014 Report Share Posted June 9, 2014 (edited) My item from the states cost me £17 in import duty... but it was a rare item made out of unobtainium... so paid it I bought a tablet off of Amazon, cost £138, shipped from China, got charged import duty of £24, lodged a case with Amazon, and got it refunded.......
