gnasher16 30,684
Used to have an old boy did ours for his beer money and a visit down the Hammers a few times a year .......we bought one of them ride on mowers for him to use and within a few months he,d dropped stone dead !!......Have a couple of chaps come round fortnightly now they charge 40 quid an hour and use my mower .....I like to think your paying for their expertise as much as their labour so money well spent in my book. billy whizz 141
I have a garden and pure water window cleaning business,i dont charge by the hour i just price to what i think its worth, but on average its around £20-£50PH that i works out at but you get a hell of a lot for the money reason i dont charge by the hour is i work too fast and almost failed in my first year been est now since 2010 and doing well. We use all stihl machinery. also we are CRB check and fully insured your not just paying for a service your paying for a package. BIRD you wouyld be looking at £60 -£ quid to do that bit of work exculding the waste removal. Same with our window cleaning side strive for £20 plus per hour. Wxm 1,638
whats all this x amount per hour ?? don't you just quote the job ?? I was always under the impression if you pay ph then they'd drag it out but if you pay per job then they want it done to move to the next :hmm:
