Born Hunter 17,763
here http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2649518/A-salute-fallen-men-liberated-France-Veteran-takes-moment-honour-war-dead-celebrations-mark-70th-anniversary-D-Day-begin-sides-Channel.html Whoever edited that article is f***ing retarded! Those 'red berets' are bloody maroon! And that 'Grippen' with the Spitfire is a Typhoon! Cracking pictures though. They should have called the Typhoon the Spitfire in homage to the WWII fighter. SportingShooter 0
Bravery is in that man's blood. When I read that piece about him reliving his jump 70 years on, I was smiling. He's got that D-Day spirit of just keeping on going no matter what. Can you imagine what all of those 156,000 men were thinking at this time 70 years ago? They had almost no warning of what they were about to do so around now, they would have just been told and gathering their kit ready to board those barges to invade France. It's too much for words.
